Anne Frank's Diary:Some "Forbidden" Pages Discovered

Some pages from the Diary of Anne Frank

The Anne Frank Foundation, with a tweet, announced the discovery of two previously unknown pages of the famous Diary of Anne Frank.

A research conducted by two teams of experts, coordinated by the foundation itself, on the original find, in fact, a notebook now old and fragile and therefore analyzed only once every ten years, allowed to decipher what was reported in two pages on which the girl had pasted a brown sheet to avoid, probably, that they were read by their parents, given their "rough" content: jokes a little risque, reflections on sexuality, notes on the menstrual cycle and even allegations about an alleged homosexuality of the maternal uncle .

The date reported is that of 28 September 1942 ; about three months later, evidently for a "tip", Anna and her family, discovered by the Nazis in the attic of Amsterdam where they had taken refuge for some time, were deported to the extermination camp where the very young Jewish girl died due to an infection.
