The former land owner) later, Khun Ying postponed the sale of this area to the Royal Treasury Department next door in 1909. The Royal Treasury Department next door had built a shophouse for further lease.

From archaeological excavations, additional knowledge was obtained as follows:

1. Foundations of the sliding row houses

The floors of the sliding row houses are lined with cement tiles, primed with lime with a thickness of 4 cm and filled with sand with a thickness of 3 cm. The foundations of the building are weight-bearing walls with a thickness of 80 cm, with 14 brick-layers arranged in a 5-storey stairway arrangement under the brick foundations with mortar. Thickness of about 26 cm. Under the mortar is a layer of broken bricks, adjusted for an area of approximately 20 cm thick, and the area under the mortar layer is laid with wooden needles with a diameter of about 15 - 18 cm. The needles of each tree are arranged approximately 16 - 23 cm apart.

2. Same Road

From excavations, the original road was paved with bricks. Depth from the soil surface about 50 centimeters, arranged in two layers of bricks. The lower brick is placed horizontally, alternating the short side and the long side. Later, the road was renovated by filling it with a layer of sand about 5 - 10 centimeters thick and then laying bricks on the top floor. By using the brick ridge to arrange

From archaeological excavations at the 14th dig site, it was revealed that the road was built over the former road that was paved with clay tiles. However, some of the roads found were disturbed by modern drainage ditches that overlapped. During the period of the former land of Khunying Luenrit There used to be a market and a theater. There were wooden shophouses, which also showed traces of a large number of scraps of roof tiles falling on the roadside. Various items that indicate the way of life of the people who have postponed their powers in the past. In addition to the fragments of local pottery, Chinese, European and Japanese wares, mahjongs, glass bottles that are B-grimm's perfume bottles, glass plates, horseshoes, Rama V coins, cockles, nautilus, mussels and pig bones were also found.
