Fabre d'Églantine Philippe Fabre, known as (1750 -1794)

Advocate general in 1785 thanks to the support of the queen, he adheres to new ideas. He was present on July 14, 1789. Elected to the Legislative then to the Convention, he abandoned the Girondins for the Montagnards. On July 11, 1792, he proclaimed “The Fatherland in danger”. Danton's secretary, he perished with him on the scaffold. Author of the song It's raining, it's raining, shepherdess. He gave their names to the months of the revolutionary calendar (1793).
