Mahatma Gandhi

Rajghat, situated on the bank of river Yamuna in Delhi, Rajghat houses the Samadhi of Mahatma Gandhi.

Lal Bahadur Shastri

Gulzarilal Nanda was an Indian politician. He was born on July 4, 1898 in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. Devoted to the Congress party, Gulzari Lal Nandaji was made the caretaker Prime Minister of India twice, first in 1964 after the death of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and once in 1966 after the death of Lal Bahadur Shastri.

He died on 15 January 1998 at the age of 100.
