It is assumed that it was built after 1928. Due to the found documents of the Club House in Trang building, dated June 5, 1928, this building was built to serve as a civil servant's club, which was later abandoned until 6 July B.E. 1988, the Provincial Public Welfare Office came to use the area as the office of the office until 2001, the agency moved the office to the Trang City Hall, but this building is still used as a document storage and The office of the NGO Coordination Center is currently used in the province as a storage area for OTOP products (Phanuwat Ueasamarn et al. 2018:135).

Architectural features are reinforced concrete buildings. in the square but using design techniques by cutting different parts It is a triangular shape of various sizes, but has kept the form in a symmetrical building style. (Symmetrical balance) There is a staircase leading up in the middle. It is a 3-step staircase in front of the entrance to cover the stairs. The wall of the building has adjacent windows around the double-pane style. There are 8 doors on the back that are hinged to allow them to open completely (Phanuwat Ueasamarn et al. 2018:135).
