Tham Pha Bing is located on a small limestone hill in the limestone mountain range in the Saraburi (P) rock group, which accumulated in the warm, shallow waters of the Permian period. in the Paleozoic era It is located on the south bank of the Loei River. (The river is about 1 kilometer north) in the area of ​​Wat Tham Pha Bing.

Tham Pha Bing is about 15 meters high from the ground below the temple area, with cement stairs leading to the cave. The general appearance of the cave is a long cliff shelter line. There are idols in Buddhism and various beliefs of the temple enshrined along the cliff. The environment is generally forested.

Tham Pha Bing is located along the aforementioned cliffs. The mouth of the cave and the cliff faces east. The layout of the cave is quite circular. It is a cave that is not very deep. (Approximately 10 meters deep) The mouth of the cave is wide (about 10 meters wide), making the inside of the cave quite well lit. At the mouth of the cave there is a crouching tiger (cement) statue. Phra Ajarn Louie Chanthasaro passed away on December 25, 1989. Faculty of disciples therefore built a museum for containing relics. and his amulets at Wat Tham Pha Bing as a memorial. Construction began on May 5, 2002 and was completed in 2003.
