Historical story

What did Joan of Arc have to do with the Magna Carta?

Joan or Arc had nothing to do with the Magna Carta. Joan of Arc was a French peasant girl who led the French army to victory against the English at the Battle of Orleans in 1429. She was subsequently captured by the English and burned at the stake as a heretic in 1431. The Magna Carta is an English document that was first signed by King John of England in 1215. It established the principle that the king was subject to the law, and it guaranteed certain rights to the English people.
