Kirirat Family House (The Fine Arts Department 2022; Panwuwat Euasamarn et al. 2018:140) is the home of Mr. Kiew Keereerat or Panpaad, an overseas Hokkian Chinese who settled and traded in Thung Khai Subdistrict since 1922 and gained Formed himself until he became a rich man in those days. Owns a sawmill, brick factory, charcoal grill, market, and a freight car. This house was completed in 1947. It took 1 year and 7 months to build. Construction cost was about 360,000 baht.

When Mr Kiew passed away This house was passed on to his descendants. which has given this house as the property of the land Therefore, the province has supported the budget for the Fine Arts Department to complete the renovation according to academic principles in 2011 and has opened a local learning center.

The style of the house is a 2-storey wooden building. The house is surrounded by walls on 4 sides. decorated with western style stucco There are wooden stencils in Chinese and Thai-Muslim style. Manila gable roof with kite tiles The roof structure is made of sap wood. Inside the ground floor building is a wide room with polished cement floors. Upstairs, the floor is lined with Tatianthong wood. Partition the room with tungsten wood. Use Chinese wooden stencils to decorate the air vents. There is an altar with Guan Yu paintings placed against the wall of the hall. Outside is an open terrace with stairs leading down to the ground floor near the entrance door.

The exterior was originally walled around the house on all 4 sides. At present, the road has been expanded into 4 lanes, making the front road right next to the house.

The architectural style that appears may have been inspired by colonial architecture. The type seen in various towns in the western seashore such as Phuket, Trang, Penang, etc. Combined with Thai-Muslim roofs, this house becomes an example of local architecture that clearly shows the development of the community.
