25. On Vallabhbhai's two questions, the magistrate granted bail to his client

Once Vallabhbhai applied for the bail of one of his clients in a court. That client was from Kheda district. The people of this district were considered by the British government to be criminals. Therefore the magistrate did not accept his bail.

On this Vallabhbhai asked the magistrate whether the court considers every person of Kheda district as a criminal? When the magistrate refused to accept this, Vallabhbhai asked another question that if it was not so

So why did his client not get bail when there is no concrete evidence against him?

On this the magistrate adjourned the court and accepted the bail of Vallabhbhai's client. Thus, in two questions, Vallabhbhai's client got bail.
