Contribution of Madhya Pradesh in freedom struggle

The East India Company was established in 1600 AD by the New East India Company of British rule in India. Rani Laxmibai of Jhansi reached Kalpi on 4 April 1858, when both of their armies were defeated by Huroz's army at Kalpi on 22 May 1858, then Rani Lakshmibai and Tatya Tope advanced towards Gwalior. The Revolutionary Party was formed in Jabalpur in 1960 and the Home Rule League was established in 1915. The Jhanda Satyagraha, which started from here in 1923, became famous in the entire state. Bhopal State Praja Mandal was established in 1938. Under the plan of Sardar Patel, the princely states kept on signing the merger agreement. In which in today's Madhya Pradesh between 1 February and 25 August 1948, the old C.P. And the Mahakaushal of Berar includes 15, 35 of Vindhya Pradesh and 26 princely states of Central India and Bhopal state.
