Did the Shah of Iran have siblings?

Yes, the Shah of Iran, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, had siblings. He was the eldest son of Reza Shah Pahlavi, who was the founder of the Pahlavi dynasty, and his first wife, Tadj ol-Molouk. Mohammad Reza had seven full siblings, including two brothers and five sisters:

1. Princess Shams Pahlavi (1917-1996): She was the eldest of the Shah's siblings and played an influential role in Iranian society and politics during her brother's reign.

2. Princess Ashraf Pahlavi (1919-2016): Ashraf Pahlavi was an outspoken figure who actively participated in Iranian politics and held several official positions, including representing Iran at international conferences.

3. Prince Ali Reza Pahlavi (1922-1954): Ali Reza was the second son and brother to the Shah. Unfortunately, he passed away in a plane crash in 1954.

4. Princess Abdol-Reza Pahlavi (1925-2004): Abdol-Reza was the fourth child of Reza Shah and Tadj ol-Molouk.

5. Princess Gholam Reza Pahlavi (1927-2017): Gholam Reza was the fifth child and third son of Reza Shah.

6. Prince Fathollah Pahlavi (1928-2002): Fathollah was the sixth child and fourth son of Reza Shah.

7. Princess Mahin Pahlavi (1935-2008): Mahin Pahlavi was the youngest child and fourth daughter of Reza Shah.
