Who was the famous Arab traveler from 14th century?

The most famous Arab traveler from the 14th century is Ibn Battuta. He was born in 1304 in Tangier, Morocco. He traveled extensively throughout North Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, China, India, and Southeast Asia. He traveled for nearly 30 years, and his travelogue is considered one of the most important works of travel literature in the world.
