When did the American Industrial Revolution end?

There is no consensus among historians on when the American Industrial Revolution ended. Some argue that it ended in the late 19th century, while others believe it continued until the early 20th century. The traditional view is that the American Industrial Revolution ended around 1870-1890, as the United States transitioned from a primarily agricultural economy to one based on manufacturing. However, some historians argue that it did not end until the early 20th century, as new industries such as steel, electricity, and automobiles emerged.
