Who was ruled by Napoleon in 1803?

In 1803, France, including Belgium and Luxembourg, the Italian Republic and the Kingdom of Etruria, the Swiss Confederation, and the Batavian Republic were ruled by Napoleon. He also ruled over the Duchy of Parma, Piacenza, and Guastalla, part of the Kingdom of Sardinia-Piedmont, the Ligurian Republic, and Valais. France was formally a republic for most of Napoleon's rule with Napoleon as Consul and later as Emperor.
