What did the british agree to do in Treaty of Paris?

The British agreed to do the following in the Treaty of Paris that ended the American Revolution:

1. Recognized the independence of the United States.

2. Agreed to withdraw British troops from the United States.

3. Granted the United States control over all land east of the Mississippi River, including the Northwest Territory and Florida.

4. Agreed to pay reparations to American loyalists for property lost during the war.

5. Agreed to allow American fishermen to fish in Newfoundland waters.

6. Agreed to return all slaves who had escaped to British lines during the war.
