Why Germans help the Jews?

It is inaccurate to assume that all Germans helped the Jews during World War II. While there were individual German citizens who risked their lives to protect and aid Jews, the systematic persecution of Jews was carried out by the Nazi government and its collaborators. The vast majority of Germans either actively participated in the Holocaust or remained silent and indifferent to the plight of the Jewish population.
