- Memel (to Lithuania)

- Saar Basin (to France for 15 years, then a plebiscite)

- All overseas colonies

Limitations of Military and Air Force:

- Army limited to 100,000 men

- Navy limited to 6 battleships, 6 cruisers, 12 destroyers, and 12 torpedo boats

- No submarines, tanks, military aircraft

- Air Force abolished

Reparations:
