Who was the first romanov tsar?

The first Romanov tsar was Mikhail Fyodorovich Romanov, who was crowned in 1613 at the age of 16, after the Time of Troubles in Russia. He was elected to the throne by the Zemsky Sobor, a representative assembly of the Russian estates, and inaugurated the Romanov dynasty, which ruled Russia until the Russian Revolution in 1917. Mikhail Fyodorovich was chosen as a compromise candidate due to his family ties to the previous ruling dynasty, the Rurik Dynasty, and is best known for his relatively peaceful rule and focus on internal stability and consolidation.
