Where did the british and europeans settle?

British Settlements

- North America: The British established colonies along the Atlantic coast of North America, including the thirteen colonies that would become the United States of America. They also claimed land in Canada, the Caribbean, and Central America.

- Africa: The British established colonies in Africa, including Sierra Leone, Gambia, the Gold Coast (Ghana), Nigeria, and Kenya.

- Asia: The British established colonies in Asia, including India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, and Malaysia.

- Australia: The British established a colony in Australia in 1788, which eventually became a self-governing dominion.
