History of Europe

What kind of government did Lenin initiate?

Vladimir Lenin established the Bolshevik Party, later known as the Communist Party, in Russia. The party propagated a communist ideology, which advocates for:

- A centralized and single-party political system, where a single political party maintains the reins of power.

- A socialist economy, where the means of production are collectively owned and controlled by the state or the community, rather than by private individuals.

- A focus on social equality and the elimination of class divisions by redistributing wealth and reducing economic disparities.

- Internationalism and support for revolutionary movements globally to spread communist ideals beyond national borders.
