How did Wu Di achieve the pax sinica or Chinese peace?

Wu Ti did not achieve the Pax Sinica, instead this concept is attributed to Emperor Wen and Emperor Jing, known collectively as the Rule of Wen and Jing during the Western Han dynasty and was a period of prosperity in ancient China that brought great social unity and cultural progress in the 2nd century BC. Pax Sinica means ‘Chinese Peace,” it refers to eras in Chinese history when great territorial integrity was achieved over the regions surrounding ethnic Han territory under a strong dynasty. Under emperors Wen and Jing the Han controlled an area including all China and some bordering territories that include present-day parts of Korea, Vietnam, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Uzbekistan.
