Who were the Presidents of United States under Articles Confederation?

The United States did not have a President under the Articles of Confederation. The Articles of Confederation was the first constitution of the United States, and it was ratified in 1781. It established a very weak central government, and the states had most of the power. Under the Articles of Confederation, the United States was governed by a Congress of Delegates, which was made up of representatives from each state. The President was not created until the ratification of the United States Constitution in 1789.
