Did King Henry VII have more than one wife?

Yes, King Henry VII had two wives. His first wife was Elizabeth of York, whom he married in 1486. She was the daughter of King Edward IV and Elizabeth Woodville. Elizabeth of York died in childbirth in 1503. Henry VII then married Catherine of Aragon in 1509. She was the daughter of King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella of Spain. Catherine of Aragon later became the first wife of King Henry VIII.
