Was first round table conference was most successful?

The first Round Table Conference, held in London in 1930, was the most successful as it laid the foundation for the next Round Table Conferences and eventually led to the Government of India Act of 1935. The Second Round Table Conference, held in 1931, failed to build on the gains made in the first conference, mainly due to the disagreements between the Indian National Congress and the Muslim League. The Third Round Table Conference, held in 1932, achieved some success, resulting in the Communal Award, but the refusal of the Indian National Congress to participate in it limited its overall success. In contrast, the First Round Table Conference was more successful in initiating discussions and addressing key issues related to Indian independence.
