Was it just the Jews that got sent to German concentration camps in 1939?

The Nazi government targeted various groups of people for persecution and eventual extermination during the Holocaust, including Jews, Romani people, LGBTQ+ individuals, disabled people, Jehovah's Witnesses, and political dissidents. Although Jews were the primary focus of the Nazi regime's genocidal policies, several other groups also suffered greatly during this dark chapter in history.
