Who were s allies?

The Allies were the countries that fought against the Axis powers in World War II. The main Allied powers were the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Soviet Union. Other Allied countries included:

* Belgium

* Brazil

* Canada

* China

* Czechoslovakia

* Denmark

* Ethiopia

* France

* Greece

* India

* Luxembourg

* the Netherlands

* New Zealand

* Yugoslavia

The Allies were also supported by the Free French Forces, which were a resistance movement led by General Charles de Gaulle, and the Polish Armed Forces in the West, which were a group of exiled Polish soldiers who fought alongside the British army.
